Google Maps For Windows Ce 60 Download
A lot of Chinese *Windows Mobile* devices come with it or a lot of *Windows CE* devices? If the former, sure, no problem; there's a Windows Mobile version of Google Maps. If the latter, I'm somewhat surprised.
Mine is currently running WINCE 6.0 and comes with built in GPS, but without Singapore map. And there isnt a Singapore map for me to download. I think try google and email ask 凯利德 Also known as Navione in english in.
It's quite possible to extract the contents of the CAB file, put them in your OS directly, making the correct shortcut entries and registry entries. Maybe that will work; maybe it's a violation of the license agreement with Google. Mysql recovery toolbox zip registration key.
Obviously, if you have some hot device that Google would want to be associated with, you can contact them and ask about the individual files needed to build it into a CE device. Hi Paul, I tried to install google maps for windows Mobile in wince 5.0 which is a cab file. It gives a error 'wrong Platform or OS'. I saw lot of chinese gps devices comes with wince 5.0 installed with google Maps I'am just wondering,How the did it.If u came to know anthing Pls help some time.
Thanks Paul.. It is no problem to change 'Platform' field by 'WinCE CAB Manager' utility and try to launch it again.
But it becomes another problem with Win Mobile special DLL's, like 'aygshell' (also presents in CE), 'mfcce300', etc You don't need to install Google Maps to obtain GPS coordinates, just make a simple implementation of NMEA protocol with GPS module.

Well it broke my WCE. Luckily my unit seems to have 2 units in it.
1 is the radio/dvd/bt/sd/usb etc, and the other is a WCE unit for the GPS. The actual radio still worked fine, but the WCE wouldn't load. After a few days talking with the supplier in China, he sent me the recovery files. I put the recover file into the SD card and it flashed the WCE and it's back to normal. So I'm not going to touch it anymore. Because even if I was able to get a CE media player working, the system doesn't actually use CE to play music. So I'll just have to live with my built in media player without random/shuffle function.
I just bought one of those 2din chinese units for a vw polo 2014 s100 model. The base firmware to flash on gps microsd slot you can find here: Before you do anything copy all original micro sd files to your computer (from the gps slot) This is a general firmware to get you starting again but does not include specific car functions for cam-bus to work with your cars functions.
Local suppliers add in some specific functions to the firmware. After that you re-format the sd to fat 32 again and copy the original Apps and insert to the gps slot, this will autorun the gps app, in my case i have igo8. If you change the ini files you can start any gps app you want like garmin etc with is compatible with windows ce 6.0 but be carefull with the resolution to be 800x240 or whatever your unit is. Hi, I'm having a slightly different problem, I have a unit that boots into win ce only, no car ui, no media player, no software, nothing, just a bare windows ce, how would I go about installing relevant launcher software for media player, radio, gps etc? Thanks for any help.
EDIT forget all that, got it all up and running, sorting out a Pac GPS Menu for 800x480 res (would be handy if someone knows of one already set up for this res), i really want that nitrogen player Degrees089 but i cant install the cab in winCE 6.0 and i cant find a version that will run, any help there? 2 case may be: 1. Head Unit came with a DVD map like here: In this case you can download DVD ISO file and open it then replace file exe in this DVD to Total Commander. Affter that write this ISO to new DVD. When you insert DVD to head unit and run update map, Total commander will run. Head Unit came with built in map on Internal Storage.
